Global People Executive · Culture & Governance Leader
I've rebuilt how a Fortune 500 company manages 70,000 people across 31 countries — and I report the results straight to the boardroom.
I've spent three decades building the people, culture, and governance infrastructure that multibillion-dollar companies run on — at Oracle, at Salesforce, and now on the global stage from Mexico City.

How I Lead
“Cindy runs people strategy the way a CFO runs the balance sheet — with accountability, transparency, and discipline.”
At Salesforce, I rebuilt Global Employee Relations from a transactional service into an insight-driven partner to the business — reporting workforce risk directly to the Board's Compensation and Audit Committees, and moving 20% of the company's 9,000 annual employee-relations cases to AI-driven resolution without losing the accountability the function is built on.

Leading Through The Agentic Shift
I'm not just watching the AI transformation. I'm shaping the conversation around it.
I speak and moderate on how humans and AI agents work together inside the enterprise — from “Together: Humans + Agents at Work,” a panel alongside BCG X's Managing Director & Senior Partner, to Salesforce's internal AI Mastery Series on leading through the agentic era.
Leading Humans + Agents Together — my session for Salesforce's Trailblazing Women series.
It's the natural next chapter for me. I've already led people through every major technology inflection point of the last four decades — from green screens to the cloud, and now to agentic AI.

Executive Leadership
Speaking on the biggest stages — and building teams that reflect the world.
I've delivered a Fireside Chat on Executive Presence alongside Dame Inga Beale, and I bring that same directness to every stage I'm on — from LEAD and Equality events to keynotes that mix hard-won career lessons with the personal story behind them.
The teams I build reflect the markets I lead in. My work spans continents, and so do the people I hire, promote, and sponsor along the way.
About Me
I've spent three decades making sure the people living through technological change never got lost in it.
I started as a commercial executive in telecommunications in 1988 — the era of green screens. I've led through every shift since: the arrival of the internet, Y2K, the move to cloud, and now AI and agentic systems. At Oracle, I ran a portfolio of thirteen global CXO advisory boards shaping nearly $6B in R&D investment. At Salesforce, I built a $15M marketing function that grew pipeline 25%+ a year — then moved into the seat I hold today, rebuilding Global Employee Relations into a global center of excellence for 83,000 employees across 32 countries. Most recently, I took on an expatriate assignment in Mexico City, becoming the senior-most HR executive for Latin America — proof that thirty years in, I'm still choosing the harder, more global assignment.
I've spent my career building the infrastructure other people's careers grow inside of. I'm the mother of five and a grandmother, and I've lived the moves myself — California, Georgia, Florida, Mexico. The next Fortune 500 company I lead people for won't be the first place I've had to start over and build something real. It'll be the biggest.
